Vehicles burnt after accident involving fuel tanker on Nsawam–Accra road

Seven vehicles have been destroyed by fire after a crash involving a fuel tanker on the Nsawam–Accra highway in the early hours of Saturday, February 14.

Accra-based GhanaTrends.Rako News reported that the tanker was involved in a collision that triggered an explosion, leading to a massive blaze that quickly spread to nearby vehicles.

Thick black smoke rose from the scene, attracting the attention of motorists and residents in the area as emergency teams rushed to respond.

Firefighters from the Ghana National Fire Service have been working to bring the flames under control and stop the fire from spreading further along the highway.

Meanwhile, no deaths or injuries have been confirmed so far, although emergency responders continue to assess the situation and monitor for any late casualties.

PLANE HORROR Plane crash in Kenya kills at least 6 after charity’s medical jet smashes into neighbourhood and erupts in fireball

 The plane took of from Nairobi's Wilson airport on Thursday afternoon. SIX people have died after a medical light aircraft crashed into a residential area in Kenya. Debris was seen strewn over the scene of the horrifying tragedy as mourners flocked to the scene. Local police commander Anthony Keter told The Standard newspaper the horror incident happened near Morendat Farm on the northeastern side of Lake Naivasha.
