LEAP Officials Conduct Monitoring Exercise in Navrongo

Officials from the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) programme have visited Navrongo from the head office in Accra as part of a monitoring exercise in nearby communities.

During the visit, the officials invited five different individuals for interviews to confirm whether field officers assigned to the communities have actually visited and carried out their responsibilities.

The exercise is aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and ensuring that the LEAP programme is properly implemented to benefit vulnerable households. Community members believe that such monitoring will help strengthen the programme and ensure that the right beneficiaries receive the support they deserve.
