Ghana’s Black Stars goalkeeper, Benjamin Asare, has sparked reactions online after intense training photos and videos surfaced showing him undergoing explosive goalkeeper drills in a swimming pool and beachside sessions ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The shot-stopper was seen performing high-jump reflex exercises inside a pool while resistance bands were used to improve his leg power, balance, and aerial command. The unique training routine has earned praise from football fans, with many describing him as one of the most dedicated goalkeepers preparing for Ghana’s World Cup journey.

The viral images show Asare in full focus, combining water resistance workouts with explosive movement drills aimed at improving agility, reaction speed, and shot-stopping ability.

PLANE HORROR Plane crash in Kenya kills at least 6 after charity’s medical jet smashes into neighbourhood and erupts in fireball

 The plane took of from Nairobi's Wilson airport on Thursday afternoon. SIX people have died after a medical light aircraft crashed into a residential area in Kenya. Debris was seen strewn over the scene of the horrifying tragedy as mourners flocked to the scene. Local police commander Anthony Keter told The Standard newspaper the horror incident happened near Morendat Farm on the northeastern side of Lake Naivasha. Kenya Red Cross teams have been deployed to the site. "We are now looking for bodies in the wreckage. "So far we have recovered four bodies," a Red Cross worker at the scene said. The plane reportedly crashed into a building before bursting into flames, according to reports.
